Shipping and Returns Policy

At Bubblefast we pride ourselves on fast, reliable shipping. Most items are packed by us and shipped from our Gurnee, IL warehouse. We generally ship within 1 business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping Charges
All of our items include FREE SHIPPING to any street address in the continental US.  Additional charges may apply for Parcel Post shipping outside of the continental US for very large or heavy packages. 

Shipping Methods
To keep our prices competitive we utilize a number of shipping methods including First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Parcel Select, FedEx Ground and a local courier.  All packing peanuts ship via First Class Mail. For other items we determine the optimal solution to get your packages to you as quickly as possible while maintaining our Free Shipping policy.

Orders going to AK, PR, GU or HI or to an APO or FPO military address will generally be shipped via Parcel Select. Additional charges may apply.

If you need faster shipping, please contact us for an expedited shipping quote. We will do our very best to get your items to you when you need them.

Tracking
Tracking is available for all FedEx shipments. For items shipped via USPS you will receive a delivery confirmation number. USPS packages are not always scanned along their route so in some cases there may not be any transit information available until the package is actually delivered. Tracking and/or delivery confirmation numbers will be sent to the e-mail address you provide within 24 hours. Returns
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.  If you wish to return your items please contact us, via phone at (877) 599-7447 or e-mail (sales@bubblefast.com) within 14 days for return instructions.  Upon receipt of returned items in resellable condition we will issue a full refund.  Return shipping to us will be the responsibility of the buyer unless we have shipped an incorrect or defective item.  Please contact us if you have any questions about our return policy.
